The ZRTI MLY APP is provided to railway employees enrolled as trainees at the Zonal Railway Training Institute, Moula Ali. It is used for training records, examinations, accommodation, and payment of mess and hostel dues.

Sign in with the HRMS number issued to you by the institute. If your HRMS number is not recognised, it may not yet be registered against your training batch — contact the office using the details above.
Use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. A one-time code is sent to the email address held in your trainee record. If that address is out of date, contact the office so it can be corrected.
Payments made through the app are normally confirmed within a few seconds of the bank reporting them. If a payment does not appear, it may still be in the process of being confirmed — your dues will update automatically once it is.
If you paid by another method, use Submit UTR on the Mess Dues screen and enter the 12-digit UTR or reference number shown on your payment receipt. Payments submitted this way are confirmed once the bank statement is reconciled. If a payment remains outstanding after two working days, contact the office with the date, amount and reference number.
Check that notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iOS: Settings → ZRTI MLY APP → Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → ZRTI MLY APP → Notifications.
Contact details can be updated from the Profile screen in the app. Service details such as your name, HRMS number, designation or department come from official records and must be corrected through the office.
